1992 - 1995: Hawkeye Founders renovated and managed the old Clyde Street bath house in Deptford-Lewisham, an abandoned building in the community which had been the subject of an extreme arson attack, into a thriving community centre accessible  to all, adding value to a once derelict building and its community, and forming a community association to uphold its constitution.  Handed over in exceptional condition. Site now used as an indoor-chinese community centre in London.

1996 - 2008, Hawkeye Founders renovated and managed a vacant commercial Deptford High Street building and placed full vetted, professional property guardians in the property.  Guardians were professionals who also devoted their time to marginalised people and communities through fully voluntary initiatives that added value to the building and community, and who protected the site from vandalism and theft. 

A local commercial unit owned by a Housing Association, kept full operational state by our professional property guardians' preservation strategies and initiatives, to include guardianship of the space by professionals giving back to the community through further education provision and later, early years nursery provision. 

Founders of Hawkeye Property Guardians worked cohesively with members of the community to ensure that a previously vacant  primary school remained open to the community for use as alternative education provision centre, after talks with local Council representatives, Developers and  Education Authority.

Derelict house in Piat, Gros Islet, St. Lucia renovated in 2008. Professionals placed for a three-month short term to protect a once heavily vandalised property from theft, vandalism, and decay.

Hawkeye Property Guardians secure abandoned land in Aupicon, Vieux Fort which had been overgrown bush in and a public safety concern. Our inspectors visited the site to clear bush and debris as a matter of public health risk reduction, in direct response to reports of public safety concern from community members.
